Immigration-based Investments
EiPG assists foreign investors looking for risk-adjusted projects to secure a path for U.S. Citizenship through the investor-based immigration program (EB-5 visa program). Since 2019, 70% of investors have received their I-526 approvals, while others obtained Employment Authorization Documents (EAD) through concurrent filing.
Development Services
We offer a JV structure with landlords to convert a vision into reality engaging through the entitlement process and developing the project. We work with institutional investment groups through a meticulous process of site selection, tax incentive parcels, entitlements, planning, design, and construction management. We accomplish these services by leveraging existing local relationships with various entities that play a pivotal role throughout the process.
